If you have been here before, you must have read my previous post on Jumia and probably back again because you enjoyed it, if it is your first time, welcome and I am sure you would enjoy it, do well to read my previous blog post as well.

I will be analyzing and discussing the Medsaf startup based on the STEEPLE analysis, which I already explained in my previous blog post

Because the world evolve everyday, so as people and their needs, Medsaf is basically a startup that was founded in 2014, which is a technology based pharmaceutical company aimed at making health care easily assesible. that is why a constant business strategic analysis and review of your business processes, employee feedback, customer feedback improves the business. I mentioned a lot of things that need to be reviewed and I would group them into 2 factors, The external factor (STEEPLE) and the internal factors (system and processes), then the conducting the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,Threats) analysis. For the Medsaf case study, I read the way the business started, their strategies and how it could be improved. I also looked at the company's processes and systems and tried to look at ways their systems could be improved. The STEEPLE was used in analyzing the Social, Technology, Economic, Environmental, Political, Legal and Ethic factors and how it affects the business. These analysis showed us that one way to improve the business is to work on improving technology accessibility for clients, that is ensuring that clients are happy and are not finding it hard connecting with the business online. A way to do that could be to to deploy more delivery response agents and consistently review customer's feed back and responses. Also it is important to be strategic with your business to ensure progressiveness and constant objective response to customer's needs.

It will also be good to create an OKR of improving customers feedback by 75%, this will then be further increased as time goes on. The metrics to measure this will be to always hear from customers and hear their feedback. Resources for this to be achieved will be more agents deployed to different locations, constantly getting clients feedback and constantly meeting need of people within and outside the organisation. These were the conclusions made on this case study. I hope you enjoyed this and learned as well. I will be writing more on more projects, stay tuned!!!
